Jakarta, 23 February 2023 – PT Hasnur Internasional Shipping Tbk. (“Company”; IDX ticker: “HAIS”) and PT Cumawis (“Cumawis”) a subsidiary of PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk have signed an agreement for coal and other commodity transportation that is owned by HAIS using tug and barges vessel owned by Cumawis.
The 7 years partnership, using contract of affreightment, contain minimum cargo carried approximately 300,000 tonnes or 40 trips per one year.
HAIS Director Ibu Laorentina Devi stated, “We are excited that we can start this partnership with Cumawis a subsidiary of Samudera Indonesia and we hope that this partnership can be continuous and expanded for the beneficiary of both entities, especially in the logistic sector.”
